Fitness & Participation Agreement

I have read and agree to the ActiveNest Inc. Two-Week $29 Challenge Fitness Participation Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability. I understand that group fitness classes involve physical activity and may carry risks, including injury, pain, dizziness, falls, overexertion, or aggravation of a previous condition. I confirm that I am responsible for my own health and physical readiness to participate. I agree to follow instructor guidance, stop exercising if I feel unwell, and inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations. I understand that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk and responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless ActiveNest Inc., its owners, trainers, staff, contractors, and representatives from claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in the Two-Week $29 Challenge, including those related to ordinary negligence.
