Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply when you register for ActiveNest group fitness programs, including promotional offers such as the Summer Special Offer. By completing registration and payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

• The Summer Special Offer requires a one-time payment of $29 plus 13% HST at checkout. This is not a recurring subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ActiveNest does not store your full card details on our servers.
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed before you confirm payment.
• Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps to book your classes.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Promotional offer purchases are generally non-refundable once payment is completed, except where required by law or at ActiveNest's discretion. If you need to request a cancellation before attending your first class, contact info@activenest.ca as soon as possible.

4. Class Access & Scheduling

Payment grants access according to the offer description at the time of purchase. Class schedules, locations, and availability may change. ActiveNest will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes.

5. Eligibility

Offers marked for new clients are limited to first-time ActiveNest group fitness participants unless otherwise stated. ActiveNest reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration that does not meet offer eligibility requirements, with a full refund when applicable.
